We work with boards, executive teams, and mission-driven organizations to develop leaders, align HR strategies, and build inclusive cultures — taking on a limited number of mandates each year so the work can be done in the manner it requires.

Anaida Dibra is an experienced senior human capital and governance leader, consultant, and advisor with a career spanning over two decades.

She has held senior human resources leadership roles across diverse industries — including manufacturing, automotive, food service, and the non-governmental organization (NGO) sector — and now leads her own consultancy, 2AMA BV, helping organizations develop leaders, align HR strategies, and build inclusive cultures.

Our language matters. We speak of capacity, of judgment, of care — never of human capital as a line item.

Sustainability is structural.

An organization that exhausts its people will exhaust its mandate. Social sustainability is the precondition of every other kind.
