Anaida Dibra is an experienced senior human capital and governance leader, consultant, and advisor with a career spanning over two decades.
She has held senior human resources leadership roles across diverse industries — including manufacturing, automotive, food service, and the non-governmental organization (NGO) sector — and now leads her own consultancy, 2AMA BV, helping organizations develop leaders, align HR strategies, and build inclusive cultures.

Susannah Haan
Partner · Governance, Capital Markets & Public Policy
Susannah Haan has over two decades' experience in corporate governance, capital markets and public policy. She has served listed companies, trade associations, pension funds, and the UK financial reporting regulator, bringing together different industries, roles and nationalities. She helps translate complex regulatory frameworks into board strategy and investor engagement, making connections and building bridges between governance, finance and human capital.
